Meet the mind behind the medicine
Dr. Timothy Carpenter is a board-certified anesthesiologist. His career includes caring for patients during complex cardiovascular, thoracic and vascular surgery, and serving as Chief of Cardiac Anesthesia at Hoag.
Today, his work centers on whole-person wellness and healthy aging. He brings that perspective to his formulation collaboration with Happy Jack — alongside Gemma and our shared love of making everyday life feel more human.
His perspective
“Medicine isn't only about helping people survive. It's about helping people truly live.”
— Dr. Timothy Carpenter, MD
Same pursuit. Different perspectives.
We’re building Happy Jack together. His whole-person outlook meets Gemma’s happiness-first vision: stay curious, stay connected, and make room for life.
Sleep. Nutrition. Movement. Connection. His philosophy considers the person behind the routine, not just one piece of the puzzle.
Years in medicine shaped a thoughtful, evidence-minded approach. Good questions matter just as much as big ideas.
Family, purpose, meaningful relationships and doing what you love. That’s the bigger picture behind his work.
Beyond the white coat
Save some room for the good stuff.
Dr. Carpenter’s own recovery after a serious car accident changed his perspective on medicine. Nutrition, sleep, movement and resilience became part of a bigger conversation about living well.
Outside medicine, he values family, meaningful relationships, curiosity, movement and purpose. That feels very Happy Jack to us.
The label. Not the hype.
A physician’s involvement is not a promise of a particular result. Product ingredients, serving directions and warnings belong on the approved label. Happy Jack supplements are not a substitute for medical care.
